Park Benches in Mainz #1
When visiting the town of Mainz in Germany, I was inspired by the contrast of shadows and light amidst these park benches to do a series of oil paintings on canvas in an attempt to capture the feeling from this sunlight.
The 24-inch-high x 36-inch-wide painting is signed and dated on the back of the canvas (2006).
